Terms & Conditions of Nikki Hillis 2024
By booking an appointment with Nikki Hillis, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined below.
By utilizing the services provided by Nikki Hillis, you consent to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any aspect of these terms, please refrain from utilizing our services.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it's important to note that missed, late, or last-minute cancellations within 72 hours may not always be filled, resulting in a loss to the business.
Booking Procedure
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required, which will be deducted from your treatment cost. Refunds for deposits require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancelled appointments will be refunded with 72 hours notice, minus the card processor fee, which cannot be recuperated.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend your appointment will result in being charged the full appointment fee.
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate being late to your appointment, please contact me promptly. However, tardiness may result in a shortened treatment time, and the full fee will still be applicable. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered missed appointments and subject to the aforementioned policy.
Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Illness Policy
For the well-being of all involved, if you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Facial treatments are not advisable when you are under the weather. Nikki Hillis reserves the right to decline treatment to anyone displaying symptoms of illness on the day of their appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and the outstanding balance will be charged.
General Information
Please note that no additional guests, including children, are permitted during your appointment.
Outstanding balances can be settled via Cash, Bank transfer, or Card.

Events Terms & Conditions
Booking Cancellation / Refunds
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that once you have signed up for a course, workshop, or retreat you are liable for the payment in full should you decide that you no longer wish to or can’t attend.
We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.
Associated Travel / Accommodation Costs
Any associated costs surrounding guests planned attendance of workshop or retreats, including travel and accommodation, will not be the responsibility of Nikki Hillis in the situation of a workshop or retreat cancellation. Guests take these additional costs on at their own risk. If this concerns you, you may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to cover the trip in the event of cancellation.
Photos & Film
Photography and film are occasionally taken during public workshops, to be used for marketing purposes. If you have any objection to having your image used, please do let us know upon booking or during the workshop.
Lost Items
Participants are responsible for belongings at all times. Nikki Hillis is not responsible for items that are lost or left behind at any event.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Terms of Use
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjuncture with gift vouchers. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that an event booked with a gift voucher is cancelled, the gift voucher will be extended by another 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Availability
Vouchers do no guarantee spaces on any specific course, at any specific venue, or during any specific season. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure they allow enough time to make a booking before courses fill up or their voucher expires.
Remaining Balance
No remaining balance from gift vouchers can be refunded, however remaining balance after booking an event can but put towards another event, treatment or product.
