A tailored Qigong session that is personalised for you, to treat specific ailments like stress or anxiety management or hormone balancing and fertility.

Kuan Yin Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breath, meditation, traditional Chinese medicine & martial arts training, to balance energy, spirit & emotions and develop inner strength.

The Kuan Yin Qigong style is a special practice for women of powerful exercises to nourish all of the female organs, reproductive system, breasts & womb. To increase sexual health & energy, balance hormones and cultivate radiance, longevity & vitality.

The qigong self-care massage within the practice includes breast, womb and facial massage techniques. We will practice your unique session together via zoom, record it and then you can keep it for life to do in your own time.
